Our company extends its influence throughout the Nordics. With a workforce exceeding 1,200 personnel spanning 4 countries and an extensive network of more than 70 branches, we uphold our proximity to customers through a localized approach.

Our operational structure is decentralized, representing a service-oriented company with a distributed organization. At the core of our success lies a strong team of branch managers who embrace local entrepreneurship as a fundamental cornerstone for accomplishing our goals.

Our operations encompass the Nordic region, overseen by the Nordic Group management collective. Together, we have formulated our strategic framework and our business plan that we are delivering upon throughout the four countries where we are present.

The responsibility for attaining established strategic objectives and upholding our core values—"I am responsible," "We are eager to improve," and "Together we make it easy"—rests with both the local country presidents and the headquarters team.
