Diversity and inclusion were ranked as the highest priority area in the materiality analysis we conducted in 2022. Our success depends entirely on our ability to attract the best employees and build the best teams. We achieve this by including individuals with diverse skills, personalities, and backgrounds. Orange Day
We observe Orange Day (an initiative by UN Women) on the 25th of each month by encouraging staff to dress in orange and discuss various issues related to gender discrimination as well as other forms of discrimination. On November 25th, we place extra focus on this by hosting meetings in our offices to discuss how we can make a difference in our surroundings.
