The well-being of every employee at CERTEGO is a cornerstone of our success. Ensuring their health and safety is a top priority in our operations. We firmly believe that companies with diverse backgrounds and experiences are more successful. We embrace every individual and idea with openness, regardless of their background.

Goals within these focus areas may include reduced sick leave, fewer workplace accidents, more technicians from diverse backgrounds, improved leadership index scores, or increased employee engagement in Winningtemp.

Diversity & Inclusion

Diversity and inclusion were ranked as the highest priority area in the materiality analysis we conducted in 2022. Our success depends entirely on our ability to attract the best employees and build the best teams. We achieve this by including individuals with diverse skills, personalities, and backgrounds. Diversity, equality, and inclusion are therefore an essential part of our strategy.

Safety, Health, and Well-being

A safe and healthy work environment is a fundamental principle at CERTEGO. The health and safety of our employees are our top priorities, and we have a zero-accident vision for workplace incidents. A healthy psychosocial environment also promotes well-being, loyalty, and productivity. How we experience the work situation, the content of the work, and interpersonal interactions are key factors in this context.

Orange Day

We observe Orange Day (an initiative by UN Women) on the 25th of each month by encouraging staff to dress in orange and discuss various issues related to gender discrimination as well as other forms of discrimination. On November 25th, we place extra focus on this by hosting meetings in our offices to discuss how we can make a difference in our surroundings.
