The CERTEGO Awards is an annual ceremony that celebrates employees within the CERTEGO group for their outstanding achievements and contributions. The awards are given in various categories that reflect the company's values, such as responsibility, continuous improvement, and collaboration, as well as to highlight particularly good results. The purpose of the CERTEGO Awards is to recognize and reward the everyday heroes who contribute to the company's success and to strengthen the corporate culture by encouraging engagement and high quality among employees by highlighting good examples.
All employees within CERTEGO can nominate candidates for the awards related to values and extraordinary achievements. This way, everyone has the opportunity to highlight individuals they believe inspire in everyday life and make a difference in the organization. The awards related to results are given based on financial outcomes and data from our employee survey tool, Winningtemp.
Our CEO, Jonas Granath, shared that this year, we received an incredible number of nominations and heartfelt commendations,
I would love to be able to give CERTEGO Awards to many more of our people as so many deserve it. This year, we have increased the number of awards from four to eight to highlight even more individuals. This, of course, still leaves many deserving employees without a prize, but they should know that their efforts are nonetheless appreciated and valued highly. It is together that we make CERTEGO so great!
The first three awards are based on our core values:
I am responsible: This award went to Pär Bohjort, Head of Business Development in Sweden. Pär is known for his strong work ethic, high ethical standards, and outstanding communication skills. With extensive experience in our industry and expertise in several areas, Pär works hard, strives for the best solutions for our customers, and always helps his colleagues. He is an appreciated colleague at all levels and contributes enormously to our development.
We are eager to improve: Lasse Bormeth from Denmark received this award for his hard work and positive attitude. He is skilled in understanding our partners' products and is a good ambassador for teaching our work methods and products to new employees.
Together we make it easy: Tryggve Fossdal from Norway received this award for his exemplary commitment. During a period when the administration in Kristiansand was on sick leave, he took great responsibility to ensure the business continued to run smoothly and also organized a successful customer event with our suppliers during the same period.
This year, the Outstanding Performance category was introduced with three awardees:
Hilde Johnsen from Norway, who impresses with her ability to learn new systems and her fearless and proactive work with customer follow-ups and service agreements. She took great responsibility during the transition to Dynamics and continuously supports several departments.
Tomi Matson from Finland, who, through his proactive sales work, has attracted many new customers to CERTEGO and serves as a role model for his colleagues. His way of working and communicating with customers sets a good example for the rest of us.
Johanna Wesström from Sweden, a supportive cornerstone at the Uppsala branch, known for her cheerful and solution-oriented attitude. She has been a stable and positive force for a long time and is invaluable to the branch's success.
Two branches were honored based on results:
Outstanding Performing Branch went to Södertälje in Sweden. The branch has achieved fantastic results with significant growth and high employee satisfaction.
Best Branch Improvement was awarded to Kristiansand in Norway, where an impressive transformation journey has resulted in positive EBITDA and increased employee satisfaction and leadership index.
Congratulations to all the winners of the CERTEGO Awards 2024! Your dedication and achievements inspire us all and drive CERTEGO forward. We look forward to continuing this tradition and celebrating more everyday heroes and outstanding efforts in the future.
