This year's report covers our efforts in environmental sustainability and diversity among other topics.
CERTEGO is operating across four countries and sustainability is at the forefront of our priorities. In 2023, we intensified our dedication, unveiling a report that describes how we're transforming our entire organization to meet our various objectives.
Our goal is to continuously improve our sustainability efforts as a responsibility towards our employees, customers, and business partners. This involves enhancing the health, safety, and wellbeing of our employees, affirming our status as the employer of choice.
Jonas Granath, CEO of CERTEGO Group
With 1,200 employees across the Nordic region, we place a strong emphasis on the well-being of our workforce as a cornerstone of our sustainability efforts. This led us to adopt Winningtemp in 2022 for weekly monitoring of our employee’s well-being, a practice extended to all countries in 2023.
The report further outlines our strategies for reducing greenhouse gas emissions, including a target to boost our electric vehicle fleet by 2025. These vehicles significantly lower emissions, aligning with the growing expectations of our customers and suppliers.
Given the urgency of climate change, we are committed to efficiently reducing our greenhouse gas emissions and are meticulously refining our value chain to bolster our accountability as a business partner.
Jonas Granath, CEO of CERTEGO Group
Beyond environmental and employee health initiatives, CERTEGO is committed to fostering workplace diversity. In this report we highlight our partnership with the Norwegian organization Ringer i Vannet, which aids individuals reentering the workforce, with CERTEGO serving as a prime example.
