Niclas primarily works in Stockholm, traveling to various locations for installations, repairs, and maintenance of sophisticated security systems.
"My brother-in-law introduced me to the industry as a technician. I started as an intern with him and quickly grew fascinated by the work. Now, almost ten years later, I've accumulated a wealth of experience and consider myself a senior in the field. The best part of working at CERTEGO is the freedom it offers—being able to work autonomously and manage my tasks independently," shares Niclas.
Niclas begins his days by collecting materials at the office before heading out for various service calls. He deals with a wide range of security systems and is an expert on locks, alarms, cameras, and fire alarms, among others. This versatility requires both technical skill and the ability to plan and execute tasks independently.
"One never truly stops learning in this profession; there's always something new to discover. An essential aspect for a service technician is to have a fully equipped service vehicle. Having all the necessary tools and materials on hand means you don't need to waste time returning to pick up items. This efficiency allows me to handle more assignments and keep our customers happy," Niclas continues.
