Over the years, Luleå Låskonsult grew from being a small locksmith business to encompassing a broader range of security services. Despite the typical challenges that come with running a family business, such as balancing work and personal life, Sara and her family managed to create a successful company.
In 2018, after many successful years as a family business, the big step was taken to sell Luleå Låskonsult AB to CERTEGO. For Sara, this meant a transition from bearing full responsibility as an owner to becoming an important part of a larger organization.
"Running your own business is fun, but it’s also tough because you carry all the responsibility yourself. Now I have a manager and an organization that supports me, which has allowed me to focus more on what I’m good at,” says Sara.
Today, Sara works on developing our branch in Luleå, and she is optimistic about the future. "We are a strong team with dedicated colleagues. The challenge lies in finding the right competence, but we invest heavily in training our staff internally, which is one of our strengths."
